What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across campus facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• maintain interior and exterior spaces
• operate and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles
• support landscaping and snow removal
• respond to work orders, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs
• assist with room setups, building access, and material handling
• maintain logs and safety compliance
• participate in the on-call rotation
• conduct routine inspections.

Why this role
