What you'll do

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and air-handling units
• use the building management system and recommend upgrades
• coordinate maintenance services and parts inventory
• support Energy Engineering projects
• maintain utility, HVAC, and process-support equipment
• monitor equipment and room conditions
• follow cleaning procedures and 5S3R standards
• maintain a safe work environment.
