What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, proposals, and scopes
• perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, equipment, and material costs
• prepare estimates and bids
• coordinate and evaluate subcontractor bids
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• prepare project documentation and schedules
• work with operations and project management through preconstruction.
