• Assist with delivery and administration of installation projects throughout their life cycle
• coordinate with project managers on schedule and budget
• set up projects in financial and project-management systems
• maintain and distribute project details
• follow up on open tasks and issue logs
• document actions and update client status
• compile project data and metrics
• monitor budgets and costs
• coordinate with Sales, Service, and Safety
• maintain project files
• prepare purchase orders and track materials
• assist with invoices and closeout documentation
• support turnover to the Service team.
