What you'll do

• Maintain installation crew schedules and enter events and on-call assignments in enterprise software
• schedule equipment installations
• maintain accurate customer data
• prepare job paperwork, rebates, finance documents, permits, and job packets
• dispatch calls
• communicate with crews and customers
• process completed-job paperwork
• issue and account for purchase orders
• make customer satisfaction calls
• provide permit backup
• assist the sales group.
