• Create and field client intakes
• collect and record information and open cases in case-management software
• send and receive retainer agreements for prospective clients who meet criteria
• verify and maintain data across systems
• follow up on intakes
• place outbound calls
• coordinate appointment availability with medical providers and clients
• communicate with clients, providers, and the legal team.
