What you'll do

• Assist members in person, by drive-up, telephone, and mail
• process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other account transactions
• balance cash drawer and daily work
• prepare daily bank deposit
• explain credit union services
• process membership applications and open accounts
• process ATM and check-card orders and card fraud disputes.
