What you'll do

• Collaborate with Learning and Organizational Development, department managers, and subject matter experts to design clinical training materials
• research, design, and implement methods to educate and improve clinical employee performance and retention
• facilitate training programs alongside departmental leadership
• maintain accurate records and comply with PHI and data integrity standards.

Why this role

Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred, as is clinical or OPO experience. Certification in CPTD, ATD, or CMF must be obtained within the first two years or be in progress.
