The role partners with corporate and site-based leaders to align people strategies with business priorities as the organization grows. It supports workforce planning, talent and performance management, organizational change, employee relations, HR integration, and people programs across a distributed healthcare services organization.

What you'll do

• Advise leaders on organizational strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent implications
• translate business priorities into HR strategies
• partner with People Team Centers of Excellence
• use data to inform people initiatives
• lead workforce planning, talent and performance management, succession planning, leadership development, change management, and culture initiatives
• coach leaders
• support employee engagement and compliance
• contribute to pre- and post-acquisition HR integration
• own strategic HR projects.
