• Lead and manage the varsity softball program

• make game-day decisions
• set expectations for conduct and sportsmanship
• evaluate and provide feedback to athletes
• support academic success and well-being
• coordinate with families, athletics staff, and school administration
• maintain records, equipment, and uniforms
• follow school and FHSAA rules and safety procedures.
