What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards
• proactively improve clinical standard operating procedures.
