What you'll do

• Lead weekly KPI reporting, monthly financial reporting and forecasting, executive presentations, and annual budgeting
• serve as finance partner to operational and functional leaders
• analyze performance, labor, headcount, expenses, and capital spending
• explain variances and recommend actions
• identify financial risks and opportunities
• manage headcount, labor, and commission forecasts
• partner with HR and budget owners
• support scenario modeling and decision-making
• improve reporting automation and FP&A processes.
