Sales Development Representative

Job overview

The Sales Development Representative role is office-based in San Jose, CA, with standard Monday-to-Friday hours. Base salary is $61,000–$70,000 per year, plus uncapped performance-based incentives. YuJa provides cloud-based digital compliance and accessibility solutions for regulated sectors. The representative builds a pipeline of qualified prospects and schedules online product demonstrations to support the sales team’s growth. The role partners with Account Executives, maintains accurate CRM records, and develops product and market knowledge through regular training.

• Prospect and develop qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages

• maintain account and contact details in Salesforce CRM
• participate in company projects supporting efficient growth
• attend regular sales, CRM, target-market, and product training.
