What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end SOX 404 program, including business process, entity-level, and IT general controls
• develop annual strategy, risk assessment, scope, testing plan, and compliance calendar
• partner with control owners to document and improve controls
• coordinate annual assessment and external audit support
• evaluate deficiencies and drive remediation
• monitor regulatory developments
• integrate controls into new processes and systems
• pursue automation and continuous monitoring
• report program status and risks to senior leaders and Audit Committee stakeholders
• maintain policies, methodologies, documentation standards, and training
• support broader internal control and enterprise risk initiatives
• help define the future SOX team structure.
