What you'll do

• Lead and execute OT compliance programs across NERC CIP and TSA requirements.
• Design and improve standardized compliance processes and tools like Archer.
• Deliver training to stakeholders and develop KPIs to measure control effectiveness.
• Serve as a primary compliance liaison across ESS, Technology Services, Transmission, and Generation.
