What you'll do

• Greet patients
• assist with registration and verify or update information
• schedule follow-up appointments and complete check-outs
• balance the cash drawer and tally copays
• run end-of-day reports
• scan and file patient information in the electronic medical record
• monitor the waiting room
• answer calls, handle messages and faxes, and cover other employees as needed.
