The Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility role is onsite in Auburn, WA, with compensation of $42–$52 per hour. North Auburn Care, a Caldera Care facility, aims to provide residents with compassionate, person-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. The nurse provides direct nursing care, administers prescribed medications and treatments, documents assessments and changes in condition, and works with an interdisciplinary team. The role also supports and mentors CNAs and other care staff to promote teamwork and quality care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care under established policies and standards
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on comprehensive, person-centered care
• administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor their effects
• document assessments, care, and changes in resident condition

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered Washington RN license, active CPR certification (online courses are not accepted), a DSHS background check, and ability to work a full-time 3/12 rotation. Skilled nursing facility experience is highly preferred. The listed shifts are 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 6 p.m.–6 a.m.
