What you'll do

• Determine capital project needs and customer facility requirements
• coordinate with sales and engineering
• develop scopes and specifications
• supervise technicians and helpers
• plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment
• coordinate schedules
• procure materials and issue subcontractor purchase orders
• approve invoices
• prepare closeout and warranty documentation
• maintain cost estimates and job files
• negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing.

Why this role
