What you'll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for early-career, intern, and entry-level programs
  • partner with HR and business leaders on hiring needs
  • build university and external partnerships
  • plan campus recruiting activities
  • design and improve the intern experience
  • benchmark programs and analyze feedback
  • manage program budgets, schedules, and logistics
  • develop early-talent communications and employer-brand content
  • support corporate talent acquisition as needed.
