What you'll do

• Review job-cost estimates, projections, and monthly reports for accounting-procedure compliance
• communicate with project teams about bonding, insurance, contracts, and job matters
• respond to financial information requests
• process accounts payable, invoices, audits, and vendor reconciliations
• manage certificates of insurance and lien waivers
• prepare weekly proposed project payments
• assist with work-in-progress reporting and job-cost projections
• support the Controller’s accounting and analysis projects.
