Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is an onsite position based in Traverse City, MI. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the construction management team at Spence Brothers. This role exists to plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects. The manager will oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage project budgets, create detailed schedules and oversee resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures.
• Maintain effective communication with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
