What you'll do

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and systems
• perform skilled work in plumbing, electrical, welding, fabrication, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• respond to facility issues
• use tools and technical drawings
• track work orders in a computer-based facilities system
• assist with vendor coordination and daily facility operations.
