What you'll do

• Create and update DISA tickets
• monitor network events and equipment failures in real time
• configure routers, switches, firewalls, voice equipment, and satellite modems
• remotely access and de-access customers on IP/SATCOM networks
• troubleshoot with DoD SATCOM gateway facilities and deployed operators
• verify baseline equipment configurations
• provide global equipment configurations using SAA and GAA.
