What you'll do

• Direct daily CVICU operations

• monitor staffing and provide clinical support during shortages or high census
• collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• manage budgets and resources
• lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• support recruitment, retention, orientation, and professional development.
