The role supports a prestigious AmLaw firm’s nationally recognized Capital Markets practice and works at the intersection of legal expertise and applied legal technology.

What you'll do

• Help develop the Capital Markets training curriculum and attorney education materials
• monitor and communicate legal and market developments
• prepare attorney updates, publications, client alerts, pitch materials, CLE content, and business development resources
• maintain forms, templates, practice guides, and knowledge systems
• and partner with attorneys and innovation teams on AI-enabled legal workflows and resources.
