What you'll do

• Assist with fabrication and preparation of master plugs
• sand, fair, buff, and polish plug surfaces
• apply wax and release systems
• measure and mix resin systems
• follow technical drawings and work instructions
• inspect quality and conformance
• troubleshoot surface or dimensional defects
• maintain a clean, safe workspace
• support process improvements and mentor less experienced team members.
