• Lead design, execution, and enhancement of SOX business process controls
• partner with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to identify risks and implement remediation
• drive automation, continuous monitoring, and AI-enabled risk initiatives
• assess governance and compliance processes
• oversee risk assessments, control testing, deficiency evaluation, and remediation tracking
• prepare executive reporting
• lead and develop teams
• support internal and external audits.
