What you'll do

• Develop and execute partnership initiatives to promote hospice services
• build relationships with skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, hospitals, physician offices, community organizations, and religious institutions
• serve as a primary referral contact and resource
• implement marketing strategies and meet sales goals
• use CRM tools to manage relationships and referrals
• conduct presentations and informational sessions.
