The Production Operator — Chemical Blending & Packaging role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. The position supports Hydrite Chemical USA’s chemical manufacturing and customer-satisfaction standards. The operator blends and packages liquid chemicals and performs related production, inspection, sampling, and equipment tasks. Accurate work, safe operation, and complete shift documentation help maintain product quality and production continuity.

What you'll do

• Blend and package liquid chemicals in a GMP environment
• inspect, clean, and fill drums and totes
• load and unload tank trucks and railcars
• draw samples of incoming product and finished blends
• clean and inspect blenders and reactors
• review worksheets
• operate machinery as directed
• attend mandatory training
• complete shift paperwork according to SOP
• serve as an active member of Milwaukee’s Emergency Response Team.
