What you'll do

• Serve as a company notary
• assist with job cost reports and monthly budgets and forecasts
• support accounts payable and receivable and vendor and client interactions
• submit contract compliance forms
• request insurance certificates and project bonds
• prepare and submit invoices and waivers
• assist with collections and prequalification packages
• submit utility mark-out requests
• support accounting, finance, and HR
• track credit card and hotel costs.
