What you'll do

• Prepare monthly sales and use tax filings
• supervise and direct Accounts Payable staff
• review invoices and process payments
• reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger
• manage and reconcile the P-Card program
• prepare journal entries and 1099 forms
• manage year-end accounts payable
• import and reconcile daily revenue
• reconcile bank accounts
• validate deposits
• code accounts receivable payments.
