The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Caregiver role is onsite in Butler, PA, with daylight hours, eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and no nights, weekends, or holidays required. Pay is $16–$20 per hour. Austin's Place is a day program for young adults with intellectual disabilities focused on personal growth, independence, and community engagement. The DSP provides one-to-one support and supervision, helping a client participate in activities, build skills and independence, and experience a safe and meaningful day.
