The Plate Sharpener role is onsite in Kuna, ID. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position works with the Maintenance Team and Production Team at CS Beef Packers. The role maintains production tooling by sharpening and finishing machine plates and knife tooling, checking dimensions and quality, and performing routine machine upkeep. Accurate, serviceable tooling supports production requirements and safe operations.

What you'll do

• Operate plate-sharpening machinery
• sharpen and finish machine plates and knife tooling
• track grinding plate and knife inventory
• inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and dimensional tolerances
• perform routine machine maintenance and cleanup
• follow safety and production requirements
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug test.
