What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, hire, onboard, train, and manage on-site team members
• communicate goals through individual mentoring and daily huddles
• support owner relationships through meetings, tours, and performance updates
• contribute to property budgets and review financial and operational reports
• set rent rates, oversee collections and deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports
• review vendor invoices and manage related communications
• analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies
• respond to resident concerns
• oversee maintenance service standards
• inspect property, grounds, buildings, and amenities
• oversee lease enforcement
• complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
