What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and conduct diversified recreation activities
• develop and document individualized intervention goals and treatment plans
• monitor and evaluate plan effectiveness
• maintain activity statistics and participant lists
• participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• communicate relevant information to the treatment team
• keep bulletin boards current
• assist with transportation as appropriate.

Why this role
