What you'll do

• Assist in the kitchen before, during, and after meals

• clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and food storage areas
• sweep and mop floors
• wash dishes
• keep equipment ready for the next meal
• assist the cook with meal preparation when needed
• follow dietary, safety, and infection-control procedures
• report hazards and incidents.
