What you'll do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, food quality, sanitation, and service standards
• monitor sales, budgets, and expenditures
• manage cash handling, payroll, and inventory
• review menus, pricing, and recipes
• coordinate vendors and deliveries
• recruit, train, and retain staff
• coach and evaluate employees
• resolve guest complaints
• support service and food preparation as needed
• plan marketing, promotions, and events
• maintain schedules, reports, and records
• coordinate facility maintenance.
