What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage labor utilization and operational budgets.
