What you'll do

• Support recruitment, screening, hiring documentation, onboarding, employment verification, and separations
• respond to employee concerns
• administer benefits and leave documentation
• maintain timekeeping and time-off records
• coordinate orientation, PPE, training, and appraisals
• support employment, OSHA, and workers’ compensation compliance
• prepare HR reporting
• facilitate engagement activities
• provide backup production coordination when needed.
