Executive Chef

What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• partner with the General Manager on staffing and performance matters
• develop menus, recipes, costing, plating standards, and seasonal features
• work the line and run expo
• manage food and labor costs
• oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, vendors, and waste
• maintain food safety, sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment
• coordinate with front-of-house, bar, events, and resort departments
• respond to guest feedback.

Why this role
