What you'll do

• Lead Nampa field, cage, and greenhouse trial operations
• translate broader strategy into site plans
• oversee planning, budgets, labor, equipment, infrastructure, maintenance, and investment needs
• monitor and report KPIs
• ensure regulatory, stewardship, phytosanitary, QMS, and HSE compliance
• lead and develop staff and contract labor
• build stakeholder relationships
• and coordinate site-related matters.
