Customer Representative and Station Attendant

The Customer Representative and Station Attendant role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is $16 per hour. Tornado Bus Company provides passenger bus transportation and terminal services. The representative provides passengers with information and assistance, processes ticket sales, and handles inquiries and complaints. What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• call customers about schedule changes or cancellations
• answer questions about destinations, prices, departure and arrival times, and terminal directions
• manage cash and operate cash-register or credit-card equipment
• sell and process tickets by phone, internet, and over the counter
• close the terminal and prepare deposits and sales reports
• greet visitors
• assist with luggage tags and luggage loading or unloading
• clean the terminal and bathrooms and stock supplies
• assist with driver dorm cleanliness at certain locations.
