What you'll do

• Provide structured, scheduled face-to-face services in home, school, office, and community settings
• complete reassessments, treatment plans, CANS/ANSA, and annual assessments
• document services within 72 hours
• collaborate with the clinical team and psychiatrist as needed
• coordinate with community agencies, providers, and natural supports
• maintain required licenses or certifications.
