Inside Sales Representative

Job overview

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, four to five days per week, with on-target earnings of $95,000–$130,000, including a $50,000 base and uncapped commission. The role includes up to 20% travel. DMD Systems Recovery works to securely erase data and extend the life of technology through reuse, refurbishment, and responsible recycling. The representative develops new business and owns transactional IT asset disposition opportunities from prospecting through close, partnering with field sales and maintaining smaller and mid-market accounts as they grow.

What you'll do

• Prospect for new accounts through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach
• qualify, quote, negotiate, and close transactional opportunities
• partner with field sales on strategic accounts

• maintain CRM records and weekly forecasts.
