What you'll do

• Meet or exceed lead generation and membership targets
• conduct tours and respond to telephone inquiries
• support networking and street-team marketing
• attend events and identify community opportunities
• provide friendly customer service
• operate front desk systems for check-in, guest registration, retail purchases, account procedures, inquiries, and member requests.
