$7,500 Sign on Bonus Available!!! $2,500 Relocation Bonus Available (greater than 50 miles). (external candidates only). The Home Care RN Supervisor works with RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, Medical Social Workers, Home Health aides, Office Coordinators, Schedulers to ensure smooth workflows that adhere to all state, federal, and accrediting body rules and regulations.
