Residential Team Lead — Part-Time

The Residential Team Lead role is onsite in Overton, NV, on the part-time Saturday/Sunday night schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. Pay is $19 per hour. The role supports Moapa Valley Ranch, a CARF-accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility for girls ages 10–18 with mental health and substance use challenges. The Team Lead provides direct care and supervision while guiding and overseeing Coaches to support consistent, high-quality care. The role helps maintain a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing, personal growth, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Provide supervision and emotional support to clients
• foster a safe, structured, supportive environment
• assist with daily routines, life skills, and program activities
• model appropriate behavior and coping skills
• document and report client behaviors and progress to the clinical team
• supervise and mentor Coaches
• ensure staff follow policies, safety procedures, and treatment protocols
• communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
