Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Review and enter vendor invoices, match invoices to supporting records, prepare payment documentation, monitor approvals, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor records, and assist with accounts payable aging, month-end close, and audits.
• Provide secondary accounts receivable support by preparing customer invoices, recording payments, and following up on routine receivable matters.
