The Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with pay of $58–$61 per hour. The role provides care to critically ill adult patients requiring continuous monitoring and life support. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care for patients with complex, unstable conditions. Through monitoring, treatment, emergency response, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the nurse supports patient care during critical illness.

What you'll do

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator management
• administer medications and titrate vasoactive drips per physician orders
• respond to emergent changes, including cardiac and respiratory arrest
• collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines
• educate and support patients and families
• document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record.

Why this role
