Outreach Liaison — Physician and Community Partnerships

The Outreach Liaison — Physician and Community Partnerships role is onsite across the Charlotte, NC territory. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and partners with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to connect families with services. The liaison builds referral relationships and educates community partners about available ABA services. The role contributes to access for children and families by generating referrals, maintaining communication with referral sources, and coordinating with intake and clinical teams.

What you'll do

• Visit pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, daycare centers, and other referral sources
• build and maintain provider and community relationships
• educate providers about ABA services
• generate referrals
• follow up with referral sources
• attend lunch-and-learns, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
• track activities, contacts, and referrals in HubSpot
• collaborate with intake and clinical teams
• represent the organization professionally.
